At Flash Fit, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1) Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective, damaged, or not-as-described items are always eligible.
Non-returnable (unless faulty): undergarments, swimwear, earrings/hair accessories.
Sale/Clearance: final sale unless defective.
2) How to Request a Return
- Email sanehikenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA if applicable.
- After inspection, we’ll confirm approval/rejection.
3) Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Your bank/payment provider may add processing time.
4) Shipping Costs
- Original shipping is non-refundable (unless our error).
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty/incorrect items.
5) Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us—exchanges depend on stock availability.
6) Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.
7) Order Cancellations
You can cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, please follow the return process above.
