  • 🚚 Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • 💳 For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🏢 2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Sometimes, TheFlashFit may need to cancel an order due to unavoidable circumstances, including:

  • ❌ Product out of stock or unavailable
  • 💰 Errors in pricing, product information, or promotions
  • ⚠️ Suspicious or fraudulent payment activity
  • 🌪️ Unforeseen events or force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters)

In such cases:

  • You will be notified immediately
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer.
