✅ 1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

⏳ Timeframe: Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
👗 Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

📦 2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a return request via TheFlashFit.com or contact our Customer Support Team.
  2. Our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible.
  3. Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection before processing a refund or exchange.

💰 3. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer only.

🔄 4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color variations (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued automatically.
